At the start of Covid-19 in March 2020, Dr. Adamson took a leadership role and put forward a call to plastic surgeons in Ontario to share their ventilators which were in critical need by Ontario hospital ICUs as they attempted to deal with increasing patient overload with the Covid-19 virus.
