Vision

We help reduce the surgical burden of patients, especially children, in developing countries through lifesaving, transformative facial reconstructive surgery and education.

Mission

We will improve the lives of individuals living with complex facial deformities so that they may face the future with hope and promise. We will achieve this by:

• Building expert diverse surgical teams and support staff to provide life-altering surgery to less advantaged children and young adults.
• Providing life-long education to health care providers to promote the highest standards of care, build capacity and enhance sustainability.
